Main stage of the 7th Foundation Celebration and International Gramin Doctor Conference 2026

This is our official program update on the 7th Foundation Celebration & 3rd International Gramin Doctor Professional Award 2026, successfully held at Bhavani banquet hall, Kalna, on 24th and 25th January 2026.

The event was organized by Quality Academy & Research Centre (QARC), with support from Quality Health Care Nursing & Allied Health Training Institute (QHCTI) and Quality Skill Development Training Institute (QSDTI).

Together, our institutions played a vital role in making this conference and award ceremony successful.

A Crucial Event in Rural Healthcare

Through this program, we brought together healthcare professionals, doctors, academicians, and social contributors from across regions. Our conference aimed to strengthen awareness, collaboration, and recognition in the field of rural healthcare services and paramedical education.

The two-day program included:

  • International medical conference sessions
  • Award distribution ceremony
  • Cultural programs
  • Professional networking opportunities

Day 1 Highlights

Swami Akhilananda Maharaj at the conference

The very first of this memorable ceremony started with a student dance performance. Dance is a form of art, and by this the program was really brought to life. The students did their very best to perform in front of the guests. Dance performances represented our tradition and culture. It is also very effective to capture the audience’s attention. It is the most beautiful way to start the program and welcome all the guests. The students also did a short play, spreading awareness about different diseases and how to fight them.

Following the cultural opening, the show pivoted towards the greatly awaited awards ceremony. Before that the distinguished guests were warmly greeted. The awards were categorised in many different ways. Gramin doctor, health care, humanity and many more. The awards are not only a piece to keep it on the shelf, it is a great honour, an acknowledgement of the person’s hard work and efforts. Among the distinguished awardees, Dr. K.H. Maksud Rahaman received the International Honorary Doctorate Award 2026 for his outstanding contribution in diseases, research, and healthcare practices.

The great personalities present there also shared their valuable insights on different subjects. It is very important to all the students, they can learn a lot from them. Their lectures were highly professional and very helpful.

In between the ceremony, lunch and breakfast were served as well. The food helped the attendees to stay full and also hydrated throughout the day.

The students also got a great chance to strengthen their networking opportunities with the professionals. They got the chance to meet the experienced doctors and medical experts, to understand the challenges in rural healthcare systems.

To bring the first day to a thoughtful close, the program moved toward a yoga performance. By showcasing a series of difficult poses and breathing techniques, the performers emphasized the importance of mental clarity and physical stability in a professional environment. The first day concluded on a note of peace and mindfulness.

Day 2 Highlights

Student dance performance at the conference

The second day started with showing our respect to Swami Vivekananda, by garlanding the portrait and offering fresh flowers. The elders showed their respect first, then the students. It reminds us of the value of those souls who made a huge change in society. We follow in their footsteps, of those who came before us and showed us the way to achieve great goodness. All the people present there felt deep gratitude towards the great personality Swami Vivekanada.

The show then moved on to welcoming the distinguished guests. The student body welcomed the guests with a flower bouquet, uttariya and a badge of honor. It shows our tradition of how we greet our honoured guests. The uttariya is a symbol of showing our respect to the person, it is a great honoured gift to have.

In between the program we took a brief break to serve lunch to our guests and the attendees. To refill our energy for the second half of the program.

Eventually the program came to an end. At the end everyone who attended the ceremony enjoyed and learned so much. The students learned so much from all the great personalities. It was a huge success, the rural doctors got the respect and acknowledgement they deserved.
